BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA. – It mostly started out as a joke. Paige Rush wrote on social media that she wanted to send her sister on some blind dates.
Today her sister and one of those dates are in a happy, serious relationship
“You’re head over heels, like head over heels for each other,” said Paige.
After Paige helped her sister find love, she realized that she wanted to do the same for others, and she received many emails from prospects.
“I was impressed that there are so many people out there who want this so badly, and with COVID and your generation of online dating, old-school dating just doesn’t really happen,” she said.
So Paige created the “Journey to Find Love”. Men and women fill out a questionnaire asking questions such as your hobbies and your best qualities. Then Paige pairs people up on a blind date based on their responses.
“I think someone chooses someone who is based on values and interests, and all of these good things are the best way to have a healthy relationship,” said Paige.
You can stay private or she can post your photo on the Instagram account to see possible dates.
Paige only did Journey To Find Love about a week ago, and she has already set three dates.
“There are a lot of people out there who just want to settle down and have a family, and hopefully I can help with that,” she said.
