The Bakersfield Spray Parks will remain open until the weekend due to the expected high temperatures

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) – The city’s Department of Recreation and Parks has announced that the city-operated Spray Parks will remain open until Sunday, September 13th due to expected high temperatures.

The city urges anyone visiting a spray park to continue to practice social distancing from at least six feet, wash their hands frequently for at least 20 seconds, and wear a face mask or covering in public when social distancing is not possible .

The city’s spray parks are open daily from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
