Area-based franchise veteran Harpreet Singh will introduce the popular Seattle-style Teriyaki restaurant chain to the Bakersfield community.
Bakersfield, CA (RestaurantNews.com) This October, Bakersfield-based Harpreet Singh is bringing the madness to Bakersfield with the opening of the newest Teriyaki Madness on October 7th. The Seattle-style Teriyaki restaurant features huge, satisfying bowls of addictive flavors made from high-quality ingredients such as all-. Naturally marinated chicken, steak, salmon or tofu with fresh, fried vegetables and a base of steamed white, brown or fried rice or yakisoba noodles.
The new store is located at 1525 Columbus Street in Bakersfield. Singh invites locals to celebrate the opening of Teriyaki Madness with events October 7-10. The event schedule and key freebies are listed below:
- Wednesday, October 7th – Friday, October 9th: All customers can enjoy $ 5 junior and regular chicken teriyaki bowls in the shop, in the app or online.
- Thursday, October 8th: The opening celebration begins with the chance for customers to win the free Teriyaki Madness. Every customer who places an order via the TMAD app in between October 7th and October 13th will be listed as one of five winners to receive free TMAD for one year or one of 20 winners to receive free TMAD for one month.
- Saturday, 10/10: $ 1 of every regular bowl purchased will be donated to East Bakersfield High School.
Harpreet Singh moved from India to California at the age of ten and has lived in Bakersfield since 2005. He graduated from California State University in 2009 and immediately bought the subway location he worked throughout high school to begin his career in franchising. He then moved to the real estate world as a real estate agent in 2015 and is now a real estate agent in Bakersfield. Since then he has bought a second subway location. Singh, with the support of his wife, was looking for a new concept to expand his franchise portfolio and leave a legacy for their son when he discovered Teriyaki Madness.
