Big, Capitaland and CDL unveil layout for Canninghill Piers Residential Complex in Singapore

CDLHT will also own the hotel with between 460-470 rooms through a forward purchase agreement.

The 60,158-square-meter residential units will be spread over 11,530 square metres of the complex. Another 15,541 square meter will be used as a hotel and another 15,541 square meter will be used for commercial units. 13,034 square metre will be used by serviced residences.

CanningHill Piers will be completed by 2025.
