BDP searches for woman accused of robbing CVS in NE Bakersfield

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) – The Bakersfield Police Department is seeking assistance from the community in identifying a suspect who was charged with robbery back in April.

On April 15, the suspect walked into the CVS pharmacy on Mount Vernon Ave in northeast Bakersfield, took several items off the shelves and left without paying. When confronted by shop workers, she sprayed them with pepper.

The alleged suspect is described as a Spanish woman with brown hair in her forties, who weighs between 240 and 250 pounds and who wears a chest tattoo.
