Bakersfield City Animal Control is hosting an animal vaccination clinic this weekend

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) – The City of Bakersfield Animal Control Department is hosting a vaccination clinic in Jastro Park on Truxtun Ave on Saturday. 2900.

The inexpensive vaccination clinic will be a drive-through clinic from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The city will provide inexpensive vaccines, microchips, and dog licenses. Microchips are free for all currently licensed dogs and for those who purchase a license.

According to the city, this will be the last clinic until September due to the expected summer heat. Two clinics will take place in September to make up for the missing months of July and August.
