Adventist Well being Bakersfield is providing free vaccinations for youngsters this month

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) – Adventist Health Bakersfield is offering free shots for children against vaccine-preventable diseases in March. Under the Child Vaccine Policy (VFC), vaccines are free for children under the age of 18 who meet at least one of the following requirements:

  • Have no health insurance
  • Registered with Medi-Cal (must present the Medi-Cal card every time you visit)
  • American Indian or native Alaskan

No appointment is required, but vaccination cards are required. Before visiting any of the clinics listed below, please call (661) 869-6740 for further instructions.
